At DENT Sport Garage we have multiple budget-dependent solutions for any given fabrication requirement. Before calling consider that a custom part will be more expensive a route and not a method to save money.
DSG has good contacts and experience in the machining field. We’ve contracted for local universities and biotech in design and fabrication. We have Solidworks and Autocad 2 and 3D experience that was put to use for 3 years working on a camera for NASA. Our machining capabilities are limitless. 3 and 5 axis milling, EDM, Laser cutting and etching, waterjet and lathe work. Our ties to the industry allow for fast turn around on your parts and a completed project that looks like original equipment.
Our fabrication capabilities include:
- TIG and MIG steel and stainless fabrication.
- TIG aluminum.
- TIG titanium alloy.
- Custom rollcage fabrication in mild steel or 4130 chromoly.
- Aluminum sheetmetal intake manifolds, airboxes, catchcans and surge tanks.
- Exhaust design and fabrication in 304 and 321 stainless steel or titanium alloy.

DSG can design and fabricate various parts for competition. Engine, Suspension, Chassis and Braking pieces can be designed from scratch in CAD and machined with the latest 5 axis CNC machines.
Cage Building / Installation
From a 4 point roll bar to the latest CAD designed, FIA homologated cages, DSG takes every step to ensure your chassis is as safe and as stiff as possible. Cages can be purchased from Custom Cages and Safety Devices in the UK and professionally installed on premises by our professional fabricator. Seam/stitch welding is available for bare shell builds and additional bracing can be added to any vehicle.
We also offer SCCA, NASA and other series specific cages for customers. This is outsourced locally to one of the best chassis builders in the Northeast. Please call us with any questions you might have regarding cages.
DSG can provide stainless , mandrel bent, TIG welded exhausts. You will be able to determine exit style, muffler volume, catalizer, dimensions and flange type. We can do dual, side exit, titanium and thinwall stainless (even oval!) for race applications. Supplies are ordered with a deposit 2 days prior to your appointment.
DSG has designed intake and exhaust manifolds for Subaru, Nissan, Mazda Rotary and Honda applications. We take many variables into consideration when designing and fabricating custom motorsport manifolds.
